Many thanks to Nagi for the wonderful FDC on International Year of Biodiversity and two Indian postcards. The cover was sent on 31 August 2010 and it took about 20 days to arrive at Singapore.

On 5th June 2010, India Post issued commemorative postage stamps on INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF BIODIVERSITY. The right two stamps are the INR 5.00 stamp of the issue. The full set of stamps are shown below.
The definitive stamp used to make-up the postage is one of the "Nation Builders" definitive stamp series. This stamp was issued on 1st March 2010. The person on the stamp is Jehangir Ratanji Dadabhoy Tata who was a pioneer aviator and important businessman of India. He was awarded India’s highest civilian award, the Bharat Ratna in 1992.The two nice postcards from Nagi:
