This is a First Day Cover for the stamp issue "20 years of Declaration of May 4th, 1990". The stamp, which is on the top, was issued on 4 May 2010. The Declaration Day is the day when Latvia re-declared its Independence.
The stamp below was issued for "National Costumes - Decorations" on 25 Oct 2008. The item shown on the stamp is "Saktu cupa".
