No.13 Cover - received on 2010/10/11 from Taiwan

Thanks to Kia Hsu for sending the beautiful First Day Cover of Shell Series IV. The cover was posted on 4 Oct 2010 by registered mail and arrived at Singapore on 11 Oct 2010. I only managed to collect it from Post Office today.

This is my first cover from Taiwan!
